Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We accept returns as set forth below for items that are either defective or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first contact SBRA within 14 days of receiving the purchased item by email at whiz-support@softbankrobotics.com or by phone at +1 (844) 737-7371 with details of the defect or damage. Upon SBRA’s instruction, the purchased item shall be returned to SBRA for inspection, in its original packaging, shipping cost prepaid by SBRA. Upon receipt of the item, SBRA will ship out a replacement, if available.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a replacement is not available, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SBRA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SBRA will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
